Everyone is very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I prefer to take my car to be serviced here than anywhere else. The owner brought my car around after it was fixed and made sure it was not only cleaned inside and out but topped off the tank! That's service!

Really, they could have told me anything - but you were really reasonable and clearly honest about what needed to be done, because the cost was a lot lower than I expected. Offered a ride and were very speedy. Thanks!

As someone who deals with transportation companies and tow yards everyday, all day, I will tell you I'd rarely bother to write a review about one of these companies. However, I feel I must go out of my way to praise Josh & Don at HH Mobil. I'm a logistics guy and my customer was in a jam. He had recently sold his vehicle to someone in Iowa and mailed the keys to the new owner. Somehow USPA lost the envelope and with it the only set to start the car. Since he was no longer the owner, he couldn't get a key cut at the dealership. Since it was an automatic, it was not unmovable, but unable to be steered. Since I needed to get it to Iowa, I needed to load it on the back of a 53' trailer, one that was not going to fit anywhere near where the car was currently parked. So, I called around and 2-3 other companies wouldn't bother helping me problem solve, which is fair since this is a logistical nightmare. I called Josh, and he explained the obstacles we'd need to overcome, and was fair with the pricing based on how much time would be needed to complete the retrieval of the vehicle, and then the unloading of the vehicle onto the other company's trailer. Don, the employee tasked with the job, called me later that evening, asked for some information, and then said he'd call if he needed me, but otherwise he'll take care of it. I awoke this morning to an email thanking ME for the business. No guys, thank you for solving a fairly unsolvable mess. PS. I have only ever had great service from H&H Mobil. I have taken my car there for years and trust what they tell me. I would never take my car to anyone else to be fixed!

Stopped by to get a flat tire fixed. Highly professional, friendly, speedy, and reasonably priced.

I locked my keys in my car this morning. I called H&H and they were at my car within 15 minutes. The service was spectacular and the technician was extremely nice. I was on my way to class in no time, and wasn't even late thanks to their spectacular service. Thank you!

Friendly repair staff treated me like a person - not like a potential sale - when they fixed my car.. They were attentive to my concerns, thoughtful in their suggestions, and really quickly completed the repairs. They even volunteered to drop me off at work after I left my car to get fixed!

These are nothing but the nicest, most professional people I have ever dealt with.They go out of their way to help you. Just about every time I pull into their station, someone is always coming out and cleaning my windshield. Even the owner came out once when he heard how bad my door was squeaking, sprayed something on the hinges and it was good as new! I offered a tip for helping me out and he said he'd rather have it go to a local charity so I absolutely added to the collection. I've brought my car there to have my engine serviced for a pulley that was about to fall off and they had it fixed in no time and their quote was dead on. And being a student on campus I've seen them tow hundreds of cars and they treat every vehicle with the utmost respect and care. I've never seen anything go wrong. I would definitely recommend these guys for any towing or service needs.

This place is towing company in a college town, considering my car was towed and I was angry with my situation, they actually are a very professional, prompt, and respectful even though I was being rude. They have my recomendation anytime anyone needs a tow or jumpstart. Not sure if there mechanics are great but based on other service this seems like an honest place that I would take my car to be serviced.

I needed help! Googled a tow, called H & H, best shot in the dark I have ever made!!! My car died on Okemos Rd, I am not from the area and it was dark. The tow truck arrived within less than 30 min! When we we got to the station they fixed my problem and I was out and on my way in no time! I wasn't charged an arm and a leg and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, infact, they said the part I needed was something I should go to my dealer and show them my receipt, that it should not have had to be replaced so soon. I appreciate service like this, and yes my dealer did reimburse me!!!!
