Got a side wall puncture on my tire Sunday August 3 enroute to Lansing MI from St. Louis MI. Used Allstate app for road service and H&H was dispatched. Sean the on-duty manager gave great guidance and assistance over the phone, and Dimitri, the driver was professional, courteous, and helpful. He installed my donut spare, gave me tips on how to navigate my ride home on it (45 miles), and was super friendly. Excellen experience and I would recommend H&H to all!

Oh my gosh!! Thanks so much to staff at H&H. They went over and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle. My rear breaks had to be replaced. They were very professional, helpful and communicated every step of the way. I also loved the text service they use to communicate what services my vehicle needed and the costs.
