I swung by H&H because I opened the hood of my car and couldn't get it to latch shut again. They found where it was stuck, fixed it, and even told me how to fix it myself if it gets stuck again. One gentleman even cleaned off my car battery terminals for me while the hood was open. Thanks so much for helping a clueless girl out!!

I had a good laugh at Gtown W.'s review... must be from another tow company, or one of those snotty kids that expect to just get their way by causing a scene because I have been to multiple places to get my car fixed, when I can't repair it myself. Every other place will make repairs without even informing me that they going to do it and expect you to be ok with it because you may not know what is going on. H&H has always called me if they found something that could be replaced but could wait until the next time it was brought in. They are always great and super helpful whenever I have gone to them. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have had experience with H&H several times over the course of many years ... Most recently twice in the last 2 months with sensor issues on my 2008 Chevy Colorado. I never enjoy having a problem with my vehicle that I can't fix myself...it always makes one worry that it's going to cost a lot of money. And sometimes it does! But the one thing I can count on is that H&H is going to honestly diagnose and competently repair that problem! They are friendly, professional and make a difficult situation better. It is difficult to find a garage that you can count on...H&H is mine.

I have been a customer since H&H opened and have always had the best service. They go above and beyond and provide a safe haven for those of us who are clueless when it comes to car mechanics. We have 5 vehicles and H&H is the only place in town for us. Jim (Josh too) has always been there in our times of need. In addition, I know that H&H will always be honest treat us as a valued customer.

These guys are great and have fixed 2 flat tires and made several other repairs. A great alternative to my new car dealer for price location and convenience.

This company cares about people. I was stranded on the side of the highway and one of there drivers stopped to make sure I was okay, made sure I had called a tow service and they were suppose to be coming. He left to do another call, 30 minutes later I was still sitting there, and I saw another tow truck. I flagged that truck down and it just so happened it was the same driver that stopped to check on me 30 minutes earlier. He ended up helping me and towing my car and taking me 20 miles home. A great BIG shout out to him and this company. If he wouldn't have stopped I don't know how long I would have sat there. Thank you H&H Automotive!!

Everyone is very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I prefer to take my car to be serviced here than anywhere else. The owner brought my car around after it was fixed and made sure it was not only cleaned inside and out but topped off the tank! That's service!

Really, they could have told me anything - but you were really reasonable and clearly honest about what needed to be done, because the cost was a lot lower than I expected. Offered a ride and were very speedy. Thanks!
