Friendly repair staff treated me like a person - not like a potential sale - when they fixed my car.. They were attentive to my concerns, thoughtful in their suggestions, and really quickly completed the repairs. They even volunteered to drop me off at work after I left my car to get fixed!

These are nothing but the nicest, most professional people I have ever dealt with.They go out of their way to help you. Just about every time I pull into their station, someone is always coming out and cleaning my windshield. Even the owner came out once when he heard how bad my door was squeaking, sprayed something on the hinges and it was good as new! I offered a tip for helping me out and he said he'd rather have it go to a local charity so I absolutely added to the collection. I've brought my car there to have my engine serviced for a pulley that was about to fall off and they had it fixed in no time and their quote was dead on. And being a student on campus I've seen them tow hundreds of cars and they treat every vehicle with the utmost respect and care. I've never seen anything go wrong. I would definitely recommend these guys for any towing or service needs.

This place is towing company in a college town, considering my car was towed and I was angry with my situation, they actually are a very professional, prompt, and respectful even though I was being rude. They have my recomendation anytime anyone needs a tow or jumpstart. Not sure if there mechanics are great but based on other service this seems like an honest place that I would take my car to be serviced.

I needed help! Googled a tow, called H & H, best shot in the dark I have ever made!!! My car died on Okemos Rd, I am not from the area and it was dark. The tow truck arrived within less than 30 min! When we we got to the station they fixed my problem and I was out and on my way in no time! I wasn't charged an arm and a leg and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, infact, they said the part I needed was something I should go to my dealer and show them my receipt, that it should not have had to be replaced so soon. I appreciate service like this, and yes my dealer did reimburse me!!!!

I had a problem with my vehicle, and when i called and explained what was happening, the employee informed me that it was a relatively easy fix and said that i could probably do it myself. I feel that you can trust the workers at H&H Mobil, they seem to be honest people, not just there to take your money

My rear view mirror fell off my windshield and I was in desperate need of an auto repair service. Using Google, I found H&H and for no cost (because I had to wait an eternity) they repaired my mirror and they were really nice. I'm not sure that I would abandon my trusty Igor of Igor's Auto Repair in Oak Park, but in East Lansing, I felt well taken care of by H&H.

I had some used automotive fluids that I wanted to recycle. I use to go to Jiffy Lube on Grand River but they closed down. Had a hard time finding somebody in East Lansing to take radiator fluid but these guys recycled it no questions asked. Staff was friendly and prompt. Store and area was clean and attractive. For a service station in EL these guys were better than I had expected.
