Update: I received a nice call of apology from the manager explaining that they don't typically schedule towing jobs ahead of time and that's where the mix up occurred. He explained they would be updating their procedures to avoid similar mistakes in the future. He was also kind enough to send me a gift card for my troubles. Based on the managers response I have updated this to 4*. Thanks for making things right. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I paid for towing service... on a Wednesday for pick up and delivery on a Friday for a VW diesel buyback. Get to the VW dealer after work on Friday and no car at the dealer. Called, they have no record of my order, not sure if it was completed or not because "the morning guys" had went home. Not sure how you run a business but do not know whether or not jobs are being completed. Went in for a refund, not even apology from the clerk. I would avoid at all costs.
