Very professional and courteous business. Have used them many times from tows to oil changes and brakes. Used them most recently in December 2016 when my vehicle lost oil pressure after leaving one of the quickie lube places. That place forgot to put the gasket on the filter before they installed the new one. H&H not only replaced the oil and the oil filter, they cleaned all of the oil-soaked parts and the underbody of my car. They charged me for the oil and filter (of ...course), but didn't charge me for the one hour of clean-up of my vehicle from the botched oil change. I don't typically post reviews, but the negative reviews got my blood boiling. Most of these people who posted bad reviews seem to be upset their kid's car got towed. Of course they're going to post a bad review, no one likes to get towed. But don't blame H&H. Towing your kid's car wasn't their decision, they're providing a service that's been ordered by the PD or the perhaps the business owner where your kid thought they could park while they went to class. Hopefully a lesson learned.

I've had nothing but the best experiences at H&H. They are always able to get me right in and Josh is alway more than willing to come pick up my car and take it to the station to perform the service. I would recommend H&H for all your vehicle service needs.

Honest and friendly staff who treat customers like they're family. I've never had a bad experience and I appreciate the time and effort the staff takes to make the customer feel like they are the top priority.

I witnessed an accident in front of this business. I then witnessed the nice men working here run around to get the driver's cars towed to the parking lot to get them out of the street while waiting for the police, reassure those drivers and clean up the accident site. They directed the drivers to contact their insurance companies (who I'm sure will take care of any tow bill) but made no mention of getting paid for all they did. I am amazed at the professionalism and concern for others that these men showed. Awesome job guys, keep up the good work!

I parked illegally in a permitted spot on campus. I didn't have any other choice due to the fact that my final exam was starting. I came out to my car getting towed. Not only was my car already up but he was about to pull away. He was incredibly polite and professional, and took my car down. I was parked where I shouldn't have and he was still kind and curteous. I paid the small fee and what would have been an extremely inconvenient day turned into a rather pleasant experience.

Josh and the staff are great they are always there when we need repairs. The service is fast and they let you know if they find other issues and when you need to think about getting those done. Never a pressure to do work that I didn't ask for.

Update: I received a nice call of apology from the manager explaining that they don't typically schedule towing jobs ahead of time and that's where the mix up occurred. He explained they would be updating their procedures to avoid similar mistakes in the future. He was also kind enough to send me a gift card for my troubles. Based on the managers response I have updated this to 4*. Thanks for making things right. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I paid for towing service... on a Wednesday for pick up and delivery on a Friday for a VW diesel buyback. Get to the VW dealer after work on Friday and no car at the dealer. Called, they have no record of my order, not sure if it was completed or not because "the morning guys" had went home. Not sure how you run a business but do not know whether or not jobs are being completed. Went in for a refund, not even apology from the clerk. I would avoid at all costs.

I just wanted to thank you guys for the quick repairs! We would have been stranded had you not been open and willing to fix our van right away. Being we were from out of state and traveling with 3 kids you guys saved the day! Fast an friendly.
