I had to have a jump for my car. The tow truck driver came and provided a polite and professional service. Once he started my car he noticed that I had the original battery. He stated that I might need a new battery since my battery had gone dead after less then a hour of my granddaughter playing the radio. He told me that if I took my car to get my battery checked out H&H Would not charge for the Jump. The driver did not know my name but he trusted me to show up after I told him I would after I dropped of my wife. I went to H&H and they informed me that I may need a new battery. They stated that they could charge it and it would take about three hours, however they could not be sure the battery would last. The mechanic stated that it was my decision. He was very professional and did not put any pressure to sell me a new battery. I decided to get a new battery because I was going out of town the next day. He provided me with the price, however once I got the bill, he had taken twenty dollars of the labor cost. It was a positive experience for me and and my wallet. Thank You for treating me as a person and not just as a source of income. William Young Of East Lansing
