I have experience buying fuel and getting my brakes repaired at H&H. It's very nice for fuel - free coffee when you get gas! There is a lot of hostility in these reviews from people who've had their cars towed. I haven't had that experience with this shop but getting towed always sucks. I very much doubt though that they are towing cars without justification. Some self-reflection of parking habits might be prudent...I had my rear axle brakes rebuilt here - new drums, actuators, pads. They diagnosed first and they checked in with me before proceeding. To their credit when I asked if we should do the front axle at the same time they said it wasn't needed. We also discussed where the parts would be sourced in order to avoid, to the extent possible, putting in cheap crappy parts from China. I have been pleased with the quality of the work.I'd rate 5 stars but the brake job was around $500 and even for a full rebuild that seems expensive for putting Chinese parts in a Ford. Perhaps I'm just getting old? As I said, the repair was done right so probably the old adage of getting what you pay for...
