Helpful and pleasant. Car would not start. They were there to tow the car within 15 minutes. Starter needed to be replaced. They noticed car was overdue for an oil change and called and asked if I wanted that done as well. Even though they were extremely busy, they completed the repair one day earlier than promised.

I am always impressed by the service I get at H&H. Not only are the mechanics excellent at their jobs, they are personable and willing to explain things in layman's terms. The young men that check you in for service are always so nice and helpful. I am consistently impressed by the entire crew and will continue to have them address all of my Subaru Tribeca needs
